Talent Insights provides data-driven intelligence on skills, diversity, geographic trends, competitor talent pools, and helping you make smarter, strategic hiring decisions with ease. Eliminate guesswork and make confident, data-informed decisions driven by actionable insights.

Generating Insights

To access Talent Insights, simply navigate to the Talent Insights section.

There are two ways you can generate insights:

  1. Upload or paste a job description (JD): Just upload or copy-paste the JD to get relevant insights.
  2. Perform a quick search: Search by job title, skills, or use a Boolean search to tailor your results

Overview Insights

The metrics give you an overall talent landscape, showing the total number of professionals in the selected pool, how many have changed jobs in the past year, the median tenure across roles, and the percentage of gender diversity. This helps you quickly understand movement trends, role stability, and representation within the talent pool.

Talent Map

On the first tab, called “Overview,” you’ll see the Talent Map - a visual representation of the geographical distribution of the talent pool at the city level. The map automatically adjusts based on where the talent is located and alongside it highlights the top five cities with the highest talent density.

Company Key Insights

The third tab, labeled “Company,” displays key insights into where the talent is currently employed.

Education Insights

Education insights help you understand which schools are producing the talent. Along with details on qualifications and fields of study, you also get a visual, easy-to-read report.

Skills Insights

The Skills tab helps you understand the most common skills across the talent pool. It highlights which capabilities are most prevalent among candidates. This view gives you a clear sense of the strengths and focus areas within the available talent.

Title Insights.

Just like with skills, Webbtree also provides a list of the most common job titles held by candidates in the talent pool. This helps you quickly identify typical roles and understand how talent is distributed across different positions.

Profile Report

This section gives you a visual breakdown of years of experience, allowing you to view data based on either overall or average tenure. It includes charts for both overall and current experience levels, along with a pie chart showing the distribution of seniority levels across roles.

Diversity

The Diversity page provides insights into the nationality and ethnicity of the talent pool. It also shows how diverse the talent is compared to other industries, along with a breakdown of diversity across different job titles.
